Totally Free Movie Downloads – There Is Always A Catch

In todays fast-paced world, individuals are too busy to go to a movie rental store in order to get a CD or DVD of their favorite movies. So as an alternative to this, online sites provide you with the convenience of watching the movies at your leisure through totally free movie downloads. The websites that provide totally free movie downloads are a great boon indeed for movie freaks.

From anywhere in the world, you can download the movies since these are available in the public domain. Thus you can turn your system into an entertainment center. During downloading, huge video files might slow down the speed of the system. To overcome this, you require a high speed Internet connection and innovative file compression options.

Today, many websites offer free movie download options enabling users to access full-length movies, movie clips, music, games, software and TV shows free of cost. These websites offer movies ranging from old black and white movies to the newest blockbuster releases with numerous download options.

Certain sites offer totally free movie downloads, while some charge you a fee for your membership which includes the lifetime fees for your entire download. There are sites where you have to pay a fee per download, or on a monthly basis. Sometimes, the websites that offer totally free movie downloads might be dangerous in that they might infect your computer with objectionable threats such as spyware, viruses and adware that come along with the movie downloads. Therefore, it is better to opt for a website that offers legal movie download services. Such sites are free from online threats, pop-up advertisements and other issues. Websites providing totally free movie downloads enable those who travel with laptops to watch their favorite movies or any other sports/TV events during their journey.

These sites give you the provision to visualize movies without copying to DVD or any other resources. While downloading movies from these sites, it is advisable to make sure that the materials you download are not copyrighted ones. Recent studies show that in the U.S. alone, the number of movie files that are downloaded illegally has increased three times (around 1.67 million people). Totally free movie downloads might have a negative effect on the cinema industry, with lesser number of people turning up at the cinema halls to watch movies.

Among the hundreds of websites that offer totally free movie downloads, be careful to choose a site providing quality movie downloads that are free from all legal issues.

Are There Any Genuine Anti Aging Natural Skin Care Products Anywhere?

Anti aging natural skin care products that are truly natural are hard to find. Finding the best anti aging skin care line is very challenging.  I am going to share with you what my research found and what to look for on your hunt.

Natural?

Many of us can assume that if the anti aging products say, “natural” they must be the best.
Read the fine print. You may unknowingly be exposing yourself to harmful, harsh chemicals.
The ingredients may even contain things that could be dangerous or somehow damage your skin.  Skin on your face gets thinner as we age.  You must settle for nothing but the best anti aging skin care products.

Advertising Can Mislead

Just because a company says it is selling the best anti aging skin care products and their ingredients come from natural souces doesn’t mean that is exactly the case.  The reason is: anti aging natural skin care products are not meant to be eaten or consumed internally therefore are not under the watchful eye of the FDA.  It is the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) that oversees them.  And if no one complains to them they do nothing.

Products Safe Enough to Eat?

Ironically, I found only one company that basically stated that the ingredients it uses in its anti aging skin care products were ‘Safe enough to eat’.  Now of course, they aren’t meant to use on your face and also take a bite.  But the fact is that is a real bold statement.  But I researched their entire line and guess what?  What they said is true. And surprisingly they are not that expensive.  But I will happily pay a little more if the skin care products work.  And after testing them, they certainly do work and no wonder the ingredients are for a fact natural.

Advertising Hype

It is a very gloomy fact that other skin care companies don’t do the same. The reason is most companies spend most of their budget not on development of a better product but on advertising hype.  Usually they are sold on TV infomercials, home shopping channels or in fancy department stores.  This causes a big retail mark-up. But you do get a fancy box and it smells very nice.

Best Source for Anti Aging Products

But the best anti aging products that I found, as mentioned, is not sold on TV or in high class overpriced stores but they come directly from the manufacturer. The one I am talking about also manufactures a superior line of nutritional supplements.  So it makes sense that they care about what goes in your body as well as what goes on your skin.  What goes on your skin can be absorbed eventually into your blood stream.

I whole heartedly encourage you to seek them out like I did.  You will be very pleased, if not estatic with the results. Protect your good looks but more importantly protect your health and you will look good.

Acne Diet – is There an Acne Cure Diet That Works?

Ask any medical doctor if there is a connection between diet and acne and almost all of them will claim there is none. Quoting from the Journal of the American Medical Association: “Diet plays no role in acne treatment in most patients…even large amounts of certain foods have not clinically exacerbated acne”.

With years of medical education and clinical experience behind these claims, how can we the simple folks who suffer from acne challenge these statements and think otherwise? The answer is: doubt. Doubt, if its stays in the borders of reason, can open many doors otherwise will stay forever shut. Believe it or not, doubt can change reality. Doubt can cure your acne and doubt can even save your life.

Fact is, countless of acne sufferers have reported that their acne seemed to get worse when they consumed certain foods and saw dramatic positive change over their acne condition when they eliminated the same foods from their diet and when certain foods with specific nutritional value were incorporated into their diet.

So why do dermatologists so stubbornly insist that diet does not cause acne? The answer: you can’t make a profit promoting a healthy diet. At least not as much money as you could make by selling drugs and over the counters. There is a huge pressure upon doctors coming from the drug and pharmaceutical companies to prescribe expensive medications and lotions that create dependency. The truth is, that your doctor is in a way, a hostage by the trillion dollar drug companies. Did you know that the drug companies, who have no interest in producing something that they cannot control financially, sponsor most medical schools?

The right diet, although not a solution by itself, can, in many cases, dramatically reduce inflammation and even completely clear one’s acne (if you’re one of the lucky ones who’s acne is triggered by allergic response to food). Promoting a clear skin diet simply means less profits for the drug and pharmaceutical companies.

The truth is that conventional medications will never cure your acne, simply because they are pre-designed NOT to fix the internal cause of acne. They are pre-designed to deal with the external symptoms of a disease as they create more and more dependency and more dependency means making more money all at our expense and ignorance.

The Theory That Diet Doesn’t Cause Acne Is A Myth

The dogmatic theory that diet does not cause acne and that acne is merely an incurable genetic disorder was based upon two dated researches published in 1969 and 1971 that were aimed at studying the connection between diet and acne.

These studies were the foundation of the ‘acne symptoms treatment strategy’, meaning, because acne is a genetic disease that cannot be prevented, the only way to deal with acne would be to tackle its symptoms (bacteria, inflammation, puss, redness, greasiness), by applying creams, antibiotics, taking prescription drugs and over the counters.

Surprisingly enough, years after the above studies were published, clinical trials and in depth researches experimenting the acne diet link have found that the studies from 1969 and 1971 had came to the wrong conclusions and were in fact seriously flawed.

Recent studies have clearly found a significant connection between diet and acne. It appears that the wrong diet is now thought to be one of the leading acne contributing factors that can negatively affect hormonal regulation and the natural process of toxic elimination, which can seriously aggravate one’s existing acne.

Diet Shapes Who You Are (Including Your Acne)

In the same way that crashing waves shape beach cliffs and just like the wind shapes the canyon walls, slowly and methodically over time, so does eating shapes and effects our physic, our internal system, our physical and mental being, from the organ down to the cellular level.

The idea that an object foreign to our body that is inserted by the food that we eat, has no effect on us, or has no impact on chronic conditions such as acne is absurd. Diet is the primary thing that affects and shapes who we are.

Diet has cumulative effect on our bodies, and that includes our skin condition and acne, which is a manifestation of a chronic internal problem slowly shaped and built by the wrong daily dietary choices over the years.

Acne Diet and The Kitavan Islanders

While in the U.S, more than 80% of teenagers between 16 and 18 have acne and more than 17 million Americans suffer from some form of acne, there is an interesting evidence that native people that live and eat in traditional ways, have significantly lower to no occurrences of acne.

In 2002, Dr. Cordain and his colleagues published a landmark study that examined 300 people living in the Kitavan Islands off the coast of Papua New Guinea that showed that none of the islanders had even one blemish on his or her face. Similar to the Kitavans, no case of acne had been observed when the same experiment had been conducted upon the South American Indians called the Ache, living in a remote jungle in eastern Paraguay.

The natives of Kitavan and the South American Indians had no access to the latest over the counters, topical creams or conventional acne medications and they had no dermatologist to consult with. The only vast difference between them and American or European citizens is their diet.

Acne Diet and Sugar: The Sweet Poison

Aside from the fact that sugar is a 100% pure chemical with zero nutritional value, recent studies have clearly shown a connection between the consumption of sugar and the aggravation of acne.

When you consume any form of refined carbohydrates (white sugar, white flour, white rice) here’s what happens: right after you insert that ‘sweet poison’ into your body, it rapidly spikes up your blood sugar levels. Your body needs to bring those levels down so it secrets a surge of insulin, other male hormones and an insulin-like growth factor called IGF-1. The excretion of these hormones overwhelms your liver and your internal system in general. The excess of male hormones encourages the skin to excrete large amounts of sebum oil: The greasy substance that encourages the p.acne bacteria to grow, resulting in the aggravation of your acne.

Acne Diet and Dairy Products: Got Milk? Got Acne

If you thought sugar can aggravate your acne, here’s another major nutritional player in the formation of acne: behold the miracles of milk. Milk (all dairy products included) is the most harmful, mucus forming, allergenic and acne aggravating food you can find. Surprised? I thought so. After years of constant brainwashing by the media, who can blame us for thinking milk is good for strong bones and healthy teeth? The truth is: every sip of milk contains 59 different raging hormones, (which trigger the hyper-production of sebum oil resulting in more acne), saturated animal fat, steroid hormones, dead white blood cells, and cow pus in abundance!

Did you know that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) allows 750 million pus cells in every liter of milk (about two pounds) produced in America? Think about it, the next time you pop a pimple.

Scientific studies already point the finger at milk as one of the worst acne aggravating foods: “As pointed out by Dr. Jerome Fisher, ‘About 80 percent of cows that are giving milk are pregnant and are throwing off hormones continuously.’ Progesterone breaks down into androgens, which have been implicated as a factor in the development of acne…Dr. Fisher observed that his teenage acne patients improved as soon as the milk drinking stopped.”

If there’s one element you should remove from your diet in the quest for clear skin make it this one. Not only will you see an immediate improvement over your acne, you’ll feel a huge weight has been lifted from your body. If you worry about calcium intake, don’t! Milk being acidic forming food creates a leeching effect where calcium is taken from your bones to balance the acidity. Milk actually deprives your body from its calcium resources. Green leafy vegetables, nuts and seeds are not only excellent sources of calcium they also have the powers to help you fight your acne symptoms.

Diet Is Only One of The Factors That Cause Acne

Dairy products and sugar are not the only acne aggravating foods. The two above cannot sum up the list of western made acne triggering foods. There are several other foods you should clearly stay away from if you ever wish to clear your acne. The good new is that there are tons of other foods such as essential fatty acids that are not only excellent for your skin, they can actually help you clear your acne, by re-balancing your body and promoting to an acne-free environment.

The right nutrition plays an important part in the complex process of acne formation. When doctors claim there is no link between diet and acne because certain individuals can eat specific foods and get acne while others eat the same foods and don’t, these doctors have failed to realize that there are several factors involved in the formation and aggravation of acne and diet is only ONE of them.

The Final Verdict On The Acne Diet Connection: How To Finally Overcome Your Acne Challenge

Acne is a complex condition that is triggered by several underlying factors. The only way to neutralize your acne condition is to tackle all these acne-contributing factors-holistically. Since the wrong diet is only one of these acne-triggering factors, in most cases no special diet can cure acne.

There is a however, a tight connection between diet and acne formation. Dietary factors can trigger and aggravate your existing acne. Avoiding the wrong foods such as milk, sugar and hydrogenated oils, and eating cleansing and hormonal balancing foods such as green leafy vegetables and essential fatty acids, can help your skin heal itself from the inside out and dramatically reduce your acne symptoms.

There are also several important dietary principals that you must understand and follow if you ever want to cure your acne for good.

Taking responsibility over your body and adhering to these dietary principals along with taking the necessary steps to tackle all acne contributing factors, holistically, will not only cure your acne permanently and give you the flawless acne free skin you deserve, following these principals will also significantly improve your overall health, mental well-being, look and feel.

Putting Your Hit Song Out There

There is a whole process of marketing that needs to be explored if you have gone to the trouble of completing a song which you believe could be a hit. The principal difference between an amateur and professional songwriter is that the professional writer has at least one published song to his credit. It thus follows that if a new songwriter has a song accepted and successfully exploited by a recognized publishing firm, he will encounter little or no difficulty in obtaining serious audition and consideration of his future numbers.

It is the first song, therefore, that presents the greatest stumbling block to the new songwriter. The reasons for are as follows:

1. Of the material submitted to publishers by new songwriters, only a very small percentage has any commercial value. The major percentage of this material is either improperly written, contains direct “steals” from copyrighted songs, or lacks sufficient originality to compare favorably with numbers written by professionals.

2. There is no dearth of song material. Publishers receive a sufficient supply of new numbers to keep their catalogs full and their songplugging staff busy.

3. There is no compulsion, therefore, for the publishers to seek new songwriters. This does not mean that they have shut their doors to new talent. It does mean, however, that this new talent must be particularly outstanding to receive their attention.

4. A certain amount of time, effort and expense must be risked in the publication of any song. The publisher naturally desires to keep this risk as low as possible. If he publishes the work of a successful professional songwriter, he knows that there is a good chance that the song will “click” and that he will come out even or perhaps ahead on the deal.

5. Songs written by professional songwriters are generally much easier to plug than numbers written by unknowns.

Marketing a song – particularly a first song – often requires patience, tact and time. Assuming that the song has real commercial value, there are several ways of gaining a serious audition by the publisher. However, there are certain facts that should be borne in mind when the initial contacting is done.

In the first place, it should be made quite clear that there is no short-cut in marketing a song. The songwriter should have only one goal in mind . . . the ultimate publication of his song by a recognized and reputable music publishing firm.

In what form should the song be when it is submitted to the publisher? This question often perplexes the new songwriter who is undecided whether the number should be printed, hand-written, fully arranged, or fully orchestrated. A hand-written, legible copy is actually all that is required.

If the song is submitted by mail, it is usually advisable to have the number properly arranged or, at least, to have the proper harmonies indicated on the manuscript. The reason for this is that the publisher’s piano player will be able to perform the number just as the songwriter had intended it to be played, using the proper harmonies and chord, sequences. It is unnecessary to go to any great expense for a simple piano arrangement.

However, if it should be inconvenient for the songwriter to use a New York arranger, any local music teacher should be able to sketch in the simple harmonies required. A professional piano arrangement costs approximately $25.00 (depending upon the arranger).

If the songwriter is able to contact the publisher personally and is able to perform his own number adequately, there is no necessity to have the number arranged. This also applies if the songwriter brings a friend with him who is able to perform the number.

Piano arrangements are not essential but they do insure that the number will be played just as the songwriter intended. If the number has a strong melody line and does not require any special or complicated accompaniment, a professional piano player will always be able to fill in the proper accompaniment without any difficulty.

All that is required now is determination and luck. Go for it!

What Types of Horse Trailers Are Out There?

If you are considering buying a horse trailer, it is easy to feel overwhelmed by the wide selection available on the market. From front facing to slant load to stock trailers, everyone claims that their trailer is the best and will be perfect for your needs.

Before buying a trailer, you need to consider what you need it for. Will you be showing a lot? Are you traveling long distances? Do you need a space to keep your tack? Then you need to consider what types of horses you will be shipping. Are they large? Small? Will you be shipping many horses, or only one or two? Are the horses good buddies, or are they likely to be strangers? All of these things and more will make a difference as you select your trailer.

Horse trailers come in many loading styles. The traditional two-horse trailer is a rear-loading trailer where both horses stand facing forward with a partition of some sort between them. These trailers are practical for many horse owners, and are easy to find.

Another common style is the head to head trailer. This usually has a side loading ramp, and the horses are set up so that half are facing forward while the other half face backward. Sometimes there is room to fit a small horse or pony in the middle. Generally these are two to six-horse trailers.

Slant loads tend to need more length for less horses, but offer a position that makes traveling easier on the horses. The partitions can be rather snug, giving the horses less wiggle room. Generally the waste space at the front of the trailer is made into storage rooms, suitable for keeping your tack on the trip. The average slant load trailer for three horses is about the same size as a straight load trailer for four horses.

Stock trailers do not have any dividers between the horses, but are often split into two large box stalls. They allow the horses room to choose their own position as they travel. One disadvantage is that there is no protection keeping horses from hurting one another while in transit.

A more recent innovation is the two + one style of trailer. This type of trailer combines a two-horse straight load with a one horse box stall in front. This box stall is small, and can be used for tack and equipment if you do not want to load a horse in it.

Each style of trailer can be found in step up or ramp load. Steps ups can be useful for difficult loaders as there is not hollow-sounding ramp to travel on. Ramps are generally safer though, although steep ramps need to have side panels to keep horses from stepping off the side by accident.

Some trailers come with built in tack rooms, and even changing rooms. While they add length, these can be very useful if you show a lot, or don’t have extra room in your towing vehicle.

Finally, there are two primary types of hitch to consider. Bumper pull hitches are the most common, and can be used with a wide range of vehicles. They are great for smaller trailers, but not as secure for the bigger ones. Horse trailers should never be actually hooked onto a bumper – the hitch must be properly installed onto the frame of the towing vehicle.

Gooseneck hitches are more secure and are perfect for larger trailers. They also offer storage space in the neck, which can be useful if your trailer does not have a tack room. The problem with goosenecks is that you need a pick-up truck to pull them, and the hitch must be installed in the bed of your truck.

While you can find fifth-wheel hitches on horse trailers, they are uncommon.

There Are Never Enough Good Songs

There’s so much new music out there, people don’t have time to listen to it all. They tend to play the stuff that fits easily into the background. Like the soundtrack for our lives, music sets the tone for everything we do. These days we prefer our music loud and loaded with attitude over soft and sexy. Like fast food, if it’s filling it’s fine.

Cover bands became a trend in the seventies. It was a good way for a working band to make a living. You can still see tribute acts – Abba, Beatles, Stones lookalike artists who sound like icons of the sixties and seventies. in small halls and community auditoriums across America. But, if you’re interested in more than just making a living, on doing more with your art, if you want to be recognized and respected for your God given talent, you need to develop your own sound. If you want people to like your music, you’ll have to set yourself apart from the rest. You’ll have to get people to listen to your music; to slow people down long enough to really hear what your music has to say and to develop a taste for your music.

Not everyone can write great songs. It takes a special gift to do that. But everyone can interpret a song and in that interpretation develop a new and different sound. Play what you want to play the way you want to play it. Don’t always copy somebody else. Of course, when you’re starting out, it’s only natural to pattern yourself after someone. Dylan followed in Woodie Guthrie’s steps in the early days of his career. Anyone who wants to be a song writer should listen to as much good music as possible.

Some writers sit down every day for two or three hours, at least, to write, whether they are in the mood or not. Others wait for inspiration. One summer, I went to the cottage to spend a few days with my guitar, a pen and paper. I was in the mood to write; confident at least one good song would come from the experience. I played for hours but nothing came out; nothing memorable. Disappointed, I left wondering what had gone wrong. Months later, after a few similar experiences, the reason for my failures occurred to me. Song writing is a journey of the heart not the brain. The mind can’t tell the heart what to feel anymore than the brain can decide when to write a song.

There are many different song writing techniques. Bob Dylan claims that he never set out to change pop song writing or society, but clearly, unlike rock stars before him, his goal wasn’t just making the charts. Dylan says,”Popular culture usually comes to an end very quickly. It gets thrown into the grave. I wanted to do something that stood alongside Rembrandt’s paintings”.
Still, Dylan once said he wrote songs so fast in the ’60s that he didn’t want to go to sleep at night because he was afraid he might miss one. He soaked up influences so rapidly that it was hard to turn off the light at night. Dylan found subject matter in newspapers. If the story is big enough, it tells itself in a song.

Neil Young takes a completely different approach. He can apparently go for months, even a few years without writing a single song. The way he writes is completely different. One day, completely out of the blue like the divine manifestation of an epiphany, he’ll write four songs in a row. A day or two later, he’ll write a few more songs. The songs would come so suddenly and effortlessly that he can barely write the words on paper fast enough. Once he has enough songs for an album, he’s be in and out of a recording studio producing an album with very few changes to his original inspiration almost overnight.

Of all the good things this world has to offer, for a musician, song writing must top the list. There are never enough good songs. Original songs written from the heart are enchanted. Songs are meant to be shared. In that sharing, you’ll experience the first delirious crowning achievement of your career. You’ll begin to develop your own sound.
