I want to try this! *o* I’m a little nervous about using an oil, so I guess I’ll just use a cleanser. XP

I don’t mean to sound suspicious of what you’re saying, but I’ve known many Asian people in my life, and I actually taught English for 4 years in Tokyo. I remember one thing that everyone I met had said: Asian people age well, even if they don’t use creams, oils, lotions, or whatever. I remember meeting Japanese women who were in their 50s, and they had skin like your’s. They told me that Asian people age very well and that it’s in their genes. So, you have that to your benefit, by birth.

Use sunflower oil. Olive oil is bad for the skin!! I found that out from reading a clinical study on the application of different oils on infants with compromised skin.

she said you can use coconut oil or olive oil at the beginning. btw, if u get olive, make sure it’s extra virgin. if you get coconut, make sure it says “unrefined” or “virgin” on it. this is because normal coconut oil gets deodorized with chemicals, thus removing benefits.

Thanks for the video
I have a lot of cold pressed natural coconut oil at home. I know it’s good for the skin (and hair as well) so I intend to use it
